Fratelli Merano is a company firmly rooted among the olive trees of the Impero valley, in the hinterland of western Liguria. The company manages its own olive groves: 120 hectares and 30,000 olive trees. Today the company stands as one of the largest companies in the sector in Ponente Ligure.
Role in the project
The company’s objective is to supply raw materials and ground for the study of the impacts of agronomic and fermentative techniques on the microorganisms present in foods.
