King of Kefir is Ireland’s and Europe’s first dedicated water kefir brewery using traditional water kefir grains since 2014.

With only organic plant ingredients, King of Kefir creates all their own flavours from scratch. Their drinks are all made with herbal infusions (referred to as tisanes).
