An overview of the DOMINO project, with Prof. Orla O’Sullivan: ISAPP Podcast

Professor Orla O’Sullivan of Teagasc (Ireland), one of the researchers involved in DOMINO, was recently invited to the ‘Science, Microbes & Health’ podcast by the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP).  

In this episode, Prof. O’Sullivan discusses the DOMINO project objectives, specifically in the task her team is leading on the clinical trials. She discusses why milk kefir was chosen as the basis of the clinical trials, and what measures are being observed for both the healthy populations and metabolic patients that are being observed.
